Lighthouse Drinks is a full-service supply partner in the Irish whiskey and spirits industry, working from a bonded facility at Little Island on the edge of Cork Harbour.
What we do
Whether you need e-commerce fulfilment, bottling, a private label brand, or new product and recipe development from a blank brief, our team provides full-service support. We use our bulk purchasing power and existing supply agreements across dry goods and liquid to get you the best price on everything from corks and bottles to bulk liquid and bottling time.

Lighthouse Drinks exists to support and strengthen the growth of Irish whiskey at home and abroad. We create and produce spirits, build brands, and provide trusted manufacturing, bottling and fulfilment services for distilleries, whiskey brands, importers and new entrants to the industry. We also serve customers directly through our own e-commerce platforms.

Operations Director
Carlos runs our operation at Little Island on the edge of Cork city, and when he is not running the show he can be found somewhere at 4am watching the Philadelphia Eagles.
Quality & Compliance Manager
Apurva is from Lucknow and follows the Lucknow Super Giants. She turns her hand to everything from compliance and sensory work to recipe formulation, and can usually be found in the lab.
