What it is
New product development starts with the recipe. Bring us a flavour brief and we develop the liquid with you: sampling, iteration and a finished specification you can reorder. Once the recipe is locked we blend and bottle on site in Cork, and we can run the e-commerce in-house too.
This is distinct from our private label work for established partners. Here the focus is liquid development first: Irish whiskey and flavoured liqueurs, Scotch, gin and vodka, built from scratch for startup brands that want a sellable recipe under one roof.
